Bubbling Up is the second studio album by the English alternative rock band The Primitives, released in 1991. The album showcases the band's signature blend of jangly pop and punk influences, characterized by catchy melodies and fuzzy guitar riffs. It features a more polished sound compared to their debut, while still retaining the youthful exuberance that defined their early work. The album's singles, particularly 'Crash' and 'Humpty Dumpty', received significant airplay and helped solidify the band's place in the indie pop scene of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Despite not achieving the same level of commercial success as their debut, Bubbling Up has been praised for its infectious energy and has maintained a lasting appeal among fans of the genre.
