Bucket List

Bucket List was formed in 2015 in Nashville, Tennessee. The band's founding members, guitarist and vocalist Jake Lawson, bassist Mark Rivers, drummer Sara Kim, and keyboardist Lucy Tran, came together after meeting at a local open mic night. They quickly gained traction in the local music scene with their unique blend of indie rock and pop. In 2017, they released their debut EP, which garnered attention on various streaming platforms. The band has since toured extensively across the United States and Europe, building a loyal fan base and earning a reputation for their high-energy live performances.

Bucket List draws inspiration from a diverse array of musical genres and artists. Their sound is heavily influenced by 90s alternative rock bands such as Radiohead and The Smashing Pumpkins, as well as contemporary pop acts like CHVRCHES and Haim. Other notable influences include Fiona Apple and Death Cab for Cutie, which can be heard in their introspective lyrics and melodic structures. The band also cites the folk music traditions of their Nashville roots as a significant factor in shaping their songwriting style.

Bucket List has released three EPs and two full-length albums since their formation.
