SHAKALABBITS is a Japanese rock band formed in 2000 in Fukuoka. The band was initially composed of vocalist and guitarist Kenta, bassist Takuya, guitarist Kyo, and drummer Ryu. They gained attention with their energetic live performances and distinctive sound, which blends elements of rock, reggae, and traditional Japanese music. Over the years, SHAKALABBITS has released multiple albums and singles, earning a loyal fan base both domestically and internationally. Their breakthrough came with the album 'LIFE,' released in 2008, which showcased their unique style and lyrical depth.
