Mindly Rotten

Mindly Rotten was formed in 2003 in Seattle, Washington, by lead vocalist and guitarist Alex Turner, bassist Mia Chen, drummer Jake Foster, and keyboardist Sarah Lopez. Initially playing in local clubs, they gained attention with their unique blend of punk and alternative rock. Their debut album, 'Distorted Reality,' was released in 2005 and received critical acclaim, establishing them as a significant presence in the underground music scene. Over the years, the band has gone through several lineup changes, but the core trio of Turner, Chen, and Foster has remained intact, continuing to evolve their sound and explore new themes in their music.

Mindly Rotten draws inspiration from a variety of musical genres and artists. Their sound is influenced by punk rock bands such as the Ramones and Bad Religion, while they also incorporate elements of grunge reminiscent of Nirvana and Pearl Jam.
