HIM

HIM is a Finnish rock band formed in 1991 in Helsinki. The band was originally started by vocalist Ville Valo, guitarist Mikko 'Linde' Lindström, and drummer Juhana 'Jussi' Hynynen. The band's lineup stabilized with the addition of bassist Mige and keyboardist Emerson Burton. HIM gained international fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s, particularly with the release of their album 'Dark Light' in 2005, which was their first to be certified gold in the United States.
