Loggins & Messina

Loggins & Messina is an American rock duo consisting of singer-songwriter Kenny Loggins and folk rock musician Jim Messina. The duo formed in 1970 after Loggins, who was previously a member of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, sought to create a collaborative project. They released their debut album, 'Sittin' In', in 1971, which featured the hit single 'Danny's Song'. The duo gained popularity throughout the early 1970s, known for their harmonious sound and blend of rock, folk, and soft rock.
