Screaming Trees

Screaming Trees was formed in 1985 in Ellensburg, Washington, by vocalist Mark Lanegan, guitarist Gary Lee Conner, bassist Van Conner, and drummer Mark Pickerel. The band emerged from the Pacific Northwest music scene and became known for their unique blend of alternative rock, grunge, and psychedelic influences. They released their debut album, 'Clairvoyance', in 1991, but it was their subsequent albums that gained them significant recognition.
