Frostnatt is a Norwegian black metal band formed in 1995 in the town of Oslo. The band's founding members, guitarist and vocalist Erik 'Frost' Hansen and bassist Lars 'Natt' Sørensen, sought to create music that reflected the harsh and cold landscapes of Norway. Their debut album, 'Kaldt Mørke', was released in 1998 and received critical acclaim for its atmospheric sound and thematic depth.
