KLONNS is an alternative rock band formed in 2015 in Portland, Oregon. The band originated when lead vocalist and guitarist Jake Miller met bassist Sara Thompson at a local open mic night. They quickly bonded over a shared love of music and began writing songs together. After adding drummer Alex Rodriguez and keyboardist Emily Chen to the lineup, the band officially adopted the name KLONNS in early 2016. They gained local recognition with their energetic performances and distinct sound, leading to their first EP release in 2017.
