Metal Virgins

Metal Virgins was formed in 2015 in Los Angeles, California by a group of friends who bonded over their love for heavy metal music. The band quickly gained attention for their energetic live performances and unique blend of classic metal influences with modern sounds. After releasing their debut EP in 2016, they began to build a dedicated fan base, touring extensively across the United States and Europe. In 2019, they released their first full-length album, which solidified their place in the metal scene and led to opportunities to perform at major music festivals.

Metal Virgins draws inspiration from a wide range of artists, including classic heavy metal bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, as well as modern metal acts such as Mastodon and Trivium. The band consists of five members: lead vocalist Jake Steele, guitarist Mia Rivers, bassist Tom 'Thunder' Hart, drummer Max Voss, and keyboardist Anna Blaze. They are known for their theatrical stage presence, often incorporating elaborate costumes and visual effects into their performances. The band's name, 'Metal Virgins', represents their fresh approach to the genre, as they aim to reinvent classic metal themes with a modern twist.
