Faces

Faces were formed in 1969 in London, England, and emerged from the remnants of the Small Faces after the departure of lead singer Steve Marriott. The band consisted of members Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Ronnie Lane, and Kenney Jones. They became known for their energetic live performances and a sound that blended rock with elements of blues and folk. However, by 1975, with Rod Stewart's solo career taking off, the band disbanded, although they would reunite for occasional performances in later years.
