Alan Warner (born 1964) is a Scottish novelist who grew up in Connel, near Oban. He is best known for his novels Morvern Callar (1995) and The Sopranos (1998) – the latter being the inspiration for the play Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour (2015) and its subsequent film adaptation, Our Ladies (2019).
