William W. "Bill" Stevenson III (born 1948) is an American businessman. He previously owned the nationally-known Stone Balloon bar in Newark, Delaware, and was inducted into the Delaware Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame. He is the ex-husband of First Lady of the United States Jill Biden, to whom he was married from 1970 until finalizing their divorce in 1975.
