David Joseph Costa (October 27, 1941 – May 20, 2013) was an American professional football defensive tackle. He played college football at the University of Utah and Northeastern Junior College, was selected to play in three college all-star games after his senior season at Utah, and was the first person to receive the Western Athletic Conference's Lineman of the Year award. He played in the American Football League (AFL) with the Oakland Raiders from 1963 through 1965, Buffalo Bills in 1966, and Denver Broncos from 1967 through 1969.
