Robert Garcia (January 9, 1933 – January 25, 2017) was a United States representative from 1978 to 1990. He was elected to the New York State Assembly in 1965 and the New York State Senate in 1967, and then served in Congress from 1978 to 1990. From 1978 to 1982, he represented New York's 21st congressional district when that district was located in the Upper Manhattan and the South Bronx.
